Purchases via the app directly (Google/Apple)
Transferring the app is no problem, since the licences are stored in the e-mail account you used while purchasing the app. Important: you must use the same login data in the app on the new device.

Here, we can álso offer a change, since we take over the license administration.
Just use the same Carly Login Account you used with the other system. If your full version does not work, please send us the invoice of the app and the email address you used for the Carly login. We will then take care of everything else.
