The full version of the app can only be restored with the same App Store account which was used to purchase the App full version.
Please check if you are logged in to the Apple App Store with the same user account you created to purchase the App. Check here which email address was used to purchase the app: https://solutions.mycarly.com/users/request_accounts_info
Now follow these steps:
- Scroll down in the main menu of the App
- Click on "Fullversion already purchased?"
- Click on "Ok".
- Close the app fully and restart the app

Important: If you have bought the app directly through our Website, please use only the "Carly" App and not "Carly for VAG", "Carly for Mercedes", "Carly for Porsche", etc.
