Please check whether you are logged in to the App Store with the same user account that you used to purchase the App. Check here which email address was used to purchase the app: https://solutions.mycarly.com/users/request_accounts_info
Now follow this steps:
1. Scroll down inside the main menu of the App
2. Click on "Already purchased Fullversion"
3. Click on "Ok".
Important: The restore only works for the full version of the app you bought. It does not work across brands.
